Shipments to the United States have resumed via FedEx Express, at a cost of EUR 35 / ~USD 41
We are working to offer a more affordable shipping service, but at the moment this is the only reliable option.
Any customs tariffs and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that customs inspections are conducted on a sample basis, so you may end up not being charged any additional fees beyond the product price.
For full transparency, here is an overview of possible additional costs, which may range from a minimum of about 15 USD (for a single lower-priced items) to a maximum of USD 35 (for a single higher-priced items).
Here is a rough estimate of the costs:
- 1x ANY natural stone bracelets: USD 5 [customs tariff] + USD 9 [FedEx clearance fee]
- 1x Materia Bracelet: USD 6 [customs tariff] + USD 9 [FedEx clearance fee]
- 1x Premium Set: USD 17 [customs tariff] + USD 17 [FedEx clearance fee]
- 1x aluminum pin: USD 4 [customs tariff] + USD 9 [FedEx clearance fee]
For orders over EUR 50 in value, clearance fees are applied as a flat rate of EUR 15 / USD 17
If your cart contains multiple items, the customs tariffs will be calculated for each product and added together, which may result in higher overall charges.
Important:
I am not responsible for any customs duties or clearance fees. Parcels are delivered regardless, and in case of a customs inspection, FedEx may contact the recipient afterward to request payment for any applicable charges. Refund requests will not be accepted if the recipient refuses to pay these fees.
