18/08/2022 - IMPORTANT UPDATES REGARDING SHIPMENT TO GERMANY

No shipments to Germany will be made at this time.

 



SHIPPING

STICKYSHELL.IT ships worldwide charging the following rates:

  • Express FedEx: delivery in 3~6 business days for 20,00€; detailed tracking
  • Express FedEx Mexico: delivery in 3~6 business days for 23,00€; detailed tracking
  • Express UPS: delivery in 2~3 business days for 13,00€; detailed tracking

Express FedEx:
This express shipping method is used only for shipments to the U.S. and CANADA.
If you want fast and reliable shipping service, you can choose FedEx Express for €20.00. Delivery in 3~6 business days with detailed tracking

Express UPS:
Shipping to EUROPE is done only with UPS (delivery in 2~3 business days, subject to exceptions).

All shipments have tracking numbers and can be tracked in real time via the link that will be emailed to you at the time of shipment.

In compliance with the laws governing trade, STICKYSHELL.IT shipments are accompanied by an official invoice.

Given the varied nature of the products for sale on STICKYSHELL.IT, shipping times change as follows:

STICKYSHELL.IT delivers the products to the address communicated by the Customer in the "Order Form".

 

DELIVERY TIME

The order that was placed on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday morning. Shipment is made on the second working day following the day the order is confirmed by the Customer (subject to confirmation of product availability and bank verification by PayPal for new customers).
For special or customized items in the "DISPLAY STAND" catalog, please refer to the processing times described in each product page.

During the sales period, shipments may be subject to a longer time.

In all cases, STICKYSHELL.IT reserves the right to delay the shipment in the event of force majeure.

 

SHIPMENT TRACKING

As soon as the order is shipped, the Customer receives on his/her inbox an e-mail from STICKYSHELL.IT specifying the tracking numbers (tracking) and direct links to monitor the status of the shipment on fedex.com or other sites.

If there is a delay in shipment (due to customs offices and/or other similar causes), the Customer will be notified directly by STICKYSHELL.IT

 

ORDER DELIVERY

Upon arrival of the goods, the Customer is responsible for carefully inspecting the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. The envelope in which the Customer's products are contained is sealed by means of an adhesive closure that must not have been tampered with in any way. Should this happen, the Customer is required to sign the receipt with reservation, or refuse the delivery. In any case, once the delivery document has been signed without having made a reservation, STICKYSHELL.IT will not accept any dispute about the delivered products.

The Customer who places an order establishes a business relationship with STICKYSHELL.IT and therefore undertakes to pick up their package. If delivery of the same is not possible for reasons dependent on the Customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the Customer refuses delivery (except for one of the cases set out above), the shipping costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer.

STICKYSHELL.IT is also not responsible for any delays attributable to the courier or force majeure (strikes, transportation difficulties, adverse weather events, etc.). In this case, the Customer will be promptly notified of the occurrence of any of these conditions.7
