Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase, not when the order ships. Some pre-orders may need to be ordered separately from other items. If you need to cancel or change a pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible. If an order contains a pre-order item, unless otherwise stated, the order will only ship when all items are ready. Please order pre-order items separately if you would like to receive other items sooner.

B-GRADE merchandise includes all those items whose defects go beyond those considered acceptable for the purposes of sale (to view the small production defects considered acceptable, refer to the section FAQ > Company Policies > Product Condition).

The most common defects can be: obvious marks behind the Materia Slots ➀, CNC milling marks on the sides of the Materia Slots ➀, obvious glue marks on the Materia Bracelets ➀, obvious bubbles and impurities inside the Materia, slight scratches on the acrylic stands etc.

These small defects are only noticeable upon careful inspection, the items remain beautiful and functional!
